All of our waistbead strands are mindfulness tools. This means that they are "permanent" tie-on strands with no clasps for removal. When you commit to wearing them they become like your right hand; ever present. Removal requires deliberate action in the form of losing weight so that they fall off, gaining weight so that they pop off or deciding that you are finished working with them and cutting them off. The journey is the thing.
