Thick Girl Yoga LA Presents The Art of Femininity: Waistbeads

A 3-hour workshop exploring the history and feminine connection of waist beads shared by the lovely Alaiyo Waistbeads. Christina of Thick Girl Yoga will lead a womb clearing meditation with healing yogic movements while sharing wine and laughs in a safe and supportive atmosphere.

The Womb is the centre of our creativity, and also births the frequency of how our life unfolds and the experiences, people and events that come to us – when the Womb is holding on to the past, afraid and hurt, we often bring forth negative events or relationships, re-experiencing our original trauma, again and again.
