10 - Day Exploration Pass
This Exploration pass allows you to sit for a powerful 37 minute Guardian Meditation session. We will sit under the guidance of this meditation for the entire 10 days in order to sharpen our spiritual tools and technologies of discipline, repetition, focus, breathing, collective energy, imagining, presence, listening, reflection and gratitude. Each meditation will be followed by a 20 minute journal writing period.
